These Terms of Service describe the basic terms for using AxsPT, a product of DuoAxs LLC. AxsPT is launching soon as a fitness marketplace app connecting clients, independent personal trainers, and partner gyms.

Use of the Platform

You may use AxsPT only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for using the platform in a respectful, safe, and appropriate manner.

Clients, Trainers, and Gyms

Clients may use AxsPT to discover partner gyms and request personal training sessions. Trainers may use AxsPT to present availability, hourly rates, and specialties. Gyms may use AxsPT to host sessions and participate as partner locations. Participation may be subject to approval, eligibility checks, and additional agreements.

Booking Rules

Booking requests are not confirmed until accepted by the trainer and processed through the AxsPT platform. Clients, trainers, and gyms are expected to follow confirmed booking times, cancellation rules, facility policies, and any safety requirements communicated through the platform or partner gym.

Payments

AxsPT may use third-party payment providers to process client payments, trainer payouts, commissions, refunds, and related transaction activity. Payment terms, taxes, fees, and payout timing may depend on the payment provider, user role, booking details, and applicable agreements.

No Guarantee of Trainer Availability

AxsPT does not guarantee that any specific trainer, gym, time slot, rate, specialty, or session request will be available or accepted. Availability may change based on trainer schedules, gym participation, operational needs, and launch status.

Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Fitness activity involves risk. Clients should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new fitness program if they have medical concerns. Trainers are independent providers responsible for their own professional conduct, qualifications, and session delivery.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DuoAxs LLC and AxsPT are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, bookings, partner gym access, trainer conduct, payment processing, or service availability.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as AxsPT develops and launches. Updated terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
