AxsPT is a product of DuoAxs LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how DuoAxs LLC may collect, use, and protect information related to AxsPT, including the AxsPT website and planned fitness marketplace platform.

We may collect information that you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, role, gym or business affiliation, and messages submitted through contact, waitlist, partnership, or support requests.

Account Information

When AxsPT account features become available, we may collect account registration details for clients, trainers, and gyms, including profile information, location preferences, trainer specialties, availability, hourly rates, and business contact details.

Booking Information

We may collect booking-related information such as selected partner gyms, requested trainers, session dates and times, booking status, session notes, cancellations, and related communications needed to arrange training sessions.

Payment Processing

AxsPT may use third-party payment providers to process payments. Payment providers may collect and process payment card, bank, payout, tax, and verification information according to their own terms and privacy policies. AxsPT does not intend to store full payment card numbers on its own servers.

How Information Is Used

We may use information to operate AxsPT, respond to inquiries, manage waitlist and partnership requests, support client bookings, help trainers and gyms participate in the platform, process payments through third-party providers, improve services, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing Information

We may share information with service providers that support website hosting, email, analytics, customer support, payment processing, booking operations, fraud prevention, and business administration. Booking information may be shared among the client, trainer, and gym involved in a session as needed to provide the service.
